State Page Terms of Inclusion Criteria
Before an agent is listed in the directory the agent's site it is first visited and reviewed by an editor to ensure the following inclusion criteria is being met:
- You must be a real estate agent that offers a free Comparative Market Analysis' (CMA) for homes in your market area to be listed on your state page.
- Your home page must clearly list the name of your real estate company along with information about how a free CMA can be requested.
- We only accept submissions from agents for web sites that are a unique domain. For example: http://www.yourdomain.com.
- Please do not submit multiple sites. Only one site per agent will be accepted.
- Your site must be up and running 24/7, 365 days per year and not under construction.
- When making your submission please follow the instructions provided on the submission form or it could cause delay in your site being reviewed and your listing added to the directory.
- Your name along with the first market area you provide in the submission form will be used for your listing's title. In addition, from the areas you provide the description for your listing will be created.
- Use proper case for your name and each of your market areas. Submissions that contain names or cities in all UPPER CASE or all lower case or that are not in English will delay the review and inclusion process.
- Do not submit a listing that redirects to another URL.
- If you have made your submission using our paid review and listing option once your listing has been added to the directory it will run for one full year. Approximately 30 days prior to your listing's expiration your site will be revisited. If your site continues to comply with our inclusion criteria you will be sent a renewal invoice and if this renewal invoice is paid in a timely manner your listings will run an additional year.
- If you have made your submission using our banner review and listing option once your listing has been added to the directory it will remain in the directory provided your site continues to comply with our inclusion criteria and our banner is being properly displayed.
- We reserve the right to refuse a submission or remove a listing if the site is deemed a "bad neighborhood" or penalized by a search engine.
